Thankfully, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tc.umn.edu\/~leex1008\/\">Tim Lee<\/a> on has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techliberation.com\/archives\/027307.php\">to the point post<\/a> on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techliberation.com\">Technology Liberation Front<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But while I&#39;m on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publicknowledge.org\/resources\/introductions\/index_html#fairuse\">fair use<\/a> subject, I should point out a great post by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corante.com\/copyfight\/archives\/2005\/12\/05\/copyright_mythbusters_believe_it_or_not_fair_use_exists.php\">Donna Wentworth on Corante<\/a>.  It covers a number of ongoing fair use quibbles.<\/p>\n<p>One more: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fepproject.org\/\">The Free Expression Policy Project<\/a> at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School just put out their study entitled, &#8220;<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fepproject.org\/policyreports\/fairuseflyer.html\">Will Fair Use Survive?<\/a><\/em>&#8220;.  You can find the full <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fepproject.org\/policyreports\/WillFairUseSurvive.pdf\">PDF here<\/a>.
