She also worked as a videogame and technology journalist for more than a decade, writing for&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/\">GameSpot<\/a>&nbsp;(CBS Interactive) and syndicating work on&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnet.com\/\">CNET<\/a>&nbsp;and other new media outlets. Her projects included managing websites, editing, engaging online communities, and participating in joint marketing initiatives with games publishers in the console market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shiva received a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, as well as a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Letters, from the University of Oklahoma.
