These comments follow on statements from&nbsp;Chairman Wheeler&nbsp;indicating that he remains open to Title II, or &#8220;reclassification&#8221; of broadband access as a telecommunications service.<\/p>\n<p>The following can be attributed to Michael Weinberg, Vice President at Public Knowledge:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#39;ve been encouraged by recent statements from Chairman Wheeler and Commissioners Clyburn and Rosenworcel that show they understand the need for meaningful net neutrality rules. As Public Knowledge has long maintained, Title II provides the best legal authority to protect a free and open Internet.
